• Applicant Requirements
    Students must be a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation
    Applications must be complete and submitted by deadline date June 1st for Fall or
    December 15th to receive funds for spring semester.
    Students must submit one application per semester.
    lf you are applying for a restricted scholarship(s), see requirements in the scholarship description on
    our website.
    Students will submit a one-page. typed, personal statement that include career and educational
    goals, career choice, tribal and community involvement, and how this scholarship will affect their
    college education.
  • ln order to be considered for a scholarship please submit the following:
    A completed Scholarship Application Form
    A copy of your Muscogee (Creek) Nation Citizenship ID Card
    A one-page personal statement
    An official high school transcript or GED certificate; OR for current college students your most recent
    college transcript
    A copy of your college admissions acceptance letter
    Any supporting documents (certifications, achievements, letters of recommendations, financial aid.

***Please Note: Applications and required documents must all be submitted IN FULL to the Foundation by the deadline! No Exceptions.

Scholarships-Spring 2024-Available
General – Scholarships have no requirements within the description.
Restricted – Scholarships have specific requirements within the description.
  • Fostering Care Scholarship – $500
    • Must show proof that the student was a Ward of the Court for at least six months after the age of 13 and resided in out of home care placement
  • Jackson Narcomey Scholarship – $500
    • Must be currently enrolled as an Art major or related field
    • Must give a personal statement indicating how this scholarship will help the applicant complete his/her education and the type of medium used by the applicant
  • Muscogee (Creek) National Council Scholarship – $1,000
    • Must be an enrolled citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.
    • Must be pursuing a first-time Master’s, Doctorate as a full-time/part-time student at an accredited graduate school
    • Must adhere to the application requirements established by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Scholarship Foundation Program
    • Must provide supporting documentation of leadership skills while obtaining degree
  • Mvskoke Media – $2,000
    • Must be pursuing a career path in graphic design, journalism, or marketing
    • Must complete 200 hours of the Mvskoke Media Internship Program
